Pfizer not liable for cancer deaths: Jury
PHILADELPHIA (Bloomberg)—Pfizer Inc.’s menopause drug Prempro didn’t cause two women’s cancers, and the drugmaker doesn’t have to pay damages on those illnesses, a jury decided.
