how about fasting 1 day a week for the next 2 months and having your blood sugar checked at the doctor. don’t take meds that allow you to continue to eat incorrectly…the damage of diabetes will continue.
I’m quite possitive the cause of your diabetes is not a LACK of glucotrol in your blood.
A doctor would have to recommend the right one for you. Just because you think one is better than the other is no indication for you to chose.
so you want the best one.
